Yes. Because of the way a computer processes data, it is extremely difficult for an average computer user to delete photos and/or data that our technicians cannot retrieve. Our technicians use state of the art software, combined with years of experience retrieving data for criminal prosecution, to help you find what others can’t.

Yes. Our technicans have been able to recover sent and received emails from years earlier on computers. Tri-Analysis has been able to locate and recovery recently printed documents or photographs from a computer as well.

Yes, if the computer crashed due to a virus or other data corruption issue we can generally recover your photos and other data. However, if the hard drive has a mechanical failure, it is unlikely that we will be able to recover your data. A brief examination of your computer will easily tell us if we can help you.
Yes, we can generally recover your accidentally deleted files. This will be dependant on if the computer has written over the space on the hard drive where your data was stored. With today’s large hard drive capacity, this is usually not an issue but it is important to get us your computer quickly to increase our chances of recovery.
Yes. We can recover files from flash drives and disks. However, because of the limited storage space on disks, it is important to stop using the disk immediately and allow us to recover the data before it is overwritten. Flash drives have similar issues but because they are generally have much more storage space it is much more likely that we can recover your data in it’s entirety
Yes, we can recover your files. The key consideration to recovering data from older computers is the possibility of the data having been overwritten. Older computer did not have the storage space on their hard drives that we generally see today. These smaller hard drives quickly reused the space created when data was deleted. However, if the data is still there we can retrieve it. We have accessed data from computers that were very old and left in undesirable conditions. The recovered information will be placed on CDs or DVDs for your use and/or storage.
Yes. Tri-Analysis can remove all information from an older computer and guarantee that the information is unrecoverable.

Yes we can. Tri-Analysis technicians can install small hidden cameras in the problem areas. Our technicians will meet with you first to discuss your needs and design a plan to get optimum results. CCTV and hidden cameras are also ideal if your business is susceptible to robbery, theft, “slip and fall” accidents, work place violence, employee misconduct, etc.
Yes we can. Tri-Analysis investigators have extensive knowledge and expertise in video and surveillance. Our investigators have prior law enforcement experience conducting fugitive and narcotics surveillance, they are able to adapt to any given situation to get the desired results. Tri-Analysis will also provide investigative services if you do not require surveillance.
