Can Tri-Analysis find hidden, deleted files or photographs on my computer? What about pictures viewed on the internet?

Yes. Because of the way a computer processes data, it is extremely difficult for an average computer user to delete photos and/or data that our technicians cannot retrieve. Our technicians use state of the art software, combined with years of experience retrieving data for criminal prosecution, to help you find what others can’t.

I have an employee whom I believe is using our client’s financial information to purchase items online for themselves. I have asked our company’s computer techs but they tell me there is no way to prove it but I need to know of how big a problem this is. Can you help me find out and to provide me the evidence I need to terminate the employee?

Yes, Tri-Analysis can help you, in several different ways. Our technicians can conduct a forensic analysis of your computer systems to locate evidence of the activity, using techniques previously reserved for law enforcement investigations. Can Tri-Analysis find saved or sent emails and documents printed on the printer from persons(s) who used my computer?

Yes. Our technicans have been able to recover sent and received emails from years earlier on computers. Tri-Analysis has been able to locate and recovery recently printed documents or photographs from a computer as well.

Can Tri-Analysis find and recovery internet chat messages and internet history from my computer?

Yes. Our technicians will leave no stone uncovered in the search for the answers to your questions. Internet chat conversations (from AOL, MSN, Yahoo, etc.) have been recovered from computers long after the conversations were said to have taken place.

What other evidence can Tri-Analysis find and recovery from a computer?

Tri-Analysis has located most any type of electronic evidence from computers. We have had success in the recovery of information from cell phones, PDA, flash drives, CDs, etc as well. Depending on your computer system, most computer forensic searches have been successful in recovering the electronic evidence that you need to answer the questions you have.

Can Tri-Analysis recover my family pictures and documents from a crashed computer? The computer technician at the repair store said that it cannot be done.

Yes, if the computer crashed due to a virus or other data corruption issue we can generally recover your photos and other data. However, if the hard drive has a mechanical failure, it is unlikely that we will be able to recover your data. A brief examination of your computer will easily tell us if we can help you.

Can Tri-Analysis recover accidentally deleted files?

Yes, we can generally recover your accidentally deleted files. This will be dependant on if the computer has written over the space on the hard drive where your data was stored. With today’s large hard drive capacity, this is usually not an issue but it is important to get us your computer quickly to increase our chances of recovery.

Can Tri-Analysis recover data from flash drives or disks?

Yes. We can recover files from flash drives and disks. However, because of the limited storage space on disks, it is important to stop using the disk immediately and allow us to recover the data before it is overwritten. Flash drives have similar issues but because they are generally have much more storage space it is much more likely that we can recover your data in it’s entirety

Can Tri-Analysis recover information from older computers?

Yes, we can recover your files. The key consideration to recovering data from older computers is the possibility of the data having been overwritten. Older computer did not have the storage space on their hard drives that we generally see today. These smaller hard drives quickly reused the space created when data was deleted. However, if the data is still there we can retrieve it. We have accessed data from computers that were very old and left in undesirable conditions. The recovered information will be placed on CDs or DVDs for your use and/or storage.

Can Tri-Analysis permanently delete information stored on older or replaced computers?

Yes. Tri-Analysis can remove all information from an older computer and guarantee that the information is unrecoverable.

CORPORATE INVESTIGATIONS: Our company believes that an employee is accessing and using sensitive corporate information for personal gain. We are concerned about the possible negative publicity to our company and don't want to get law enforcement involved. We would rather handle this internally, can you help?
